Phew, well done, it’s (very nearly) a wrap! As you wrap up the project we want to make sure that the handover is as simple and smooth as possible for all parties involved.
So we’ve put together this checklist which will help ensure that:
The charities you worked with and Catalyst are in a good position to carry on using, maintaining and developing what you created with them.
You’ve met the ‘Definition of Done’ as stated in your contract and the Catalyst team has access to the source code, documentation and other design assets to ensure that the solution you built can easily be reused by other organisations.
